The Louvre – The Museum That Used to be a Castle Let’s visit the museum with the largest gallery space in the world. In the 1980s two of the museum courtyards were excavated to reveal the remains of the original Louvre, including the base of Philip Augustus's great 12th century tower. Jennifer teaches about how each ruler in France put their mark on the gallery and how the buildings and collections have gown.

Beatles Mania Sing-Along Can’t buy me love! A Hard days night! I Wanna hold your hand! And all the fun Beatles songs you can sing along to. While Laura entertains playing and singing the tunes on piano, you can belt it out, dance, and have a blast. Come dressed as Sgt. Pepper or your favourite Beatle. Test your knowledge with some Beatles trivia questions as well. Come feel like it’s the 60s again!
Drumming Circle Drumming Circle is a participatory activity to explore and play djembe (West African drums) and other percussion instruments. It creates connections, belonging and unity. It promotes relaxation and relieves stress, decreases anxiety and tension, increases focus and creativity and improves mental health. It also brings fun and laughter.

Zumba® Gold-Chair and Mixed Zumba Gold is designed for the active older adult or physically de-conditioned participants. This class takes the Latin and International dance rhythms from regular Zumba® class and brings them to the participants and other special populations that may require modifications.
